A lot of number crunching and decision which after a long day.. was hard. Michael was very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I highly recommend him! Poor customer service. Told cannot see you without a booking. Hard to align the concept of busy when you see service officers standing around - 5 when I returned for my appointment. Also told, 3 messages sent, 20 mins ago which also didn't align with info on my phone.
