We were assisted by Ash today, and she explained everything clearly while helping us with all of our questions. We can’t comment on the other staff as we haven’t interacted with them, but Ash truly set a high standard for customer service. We hope this message encourages Ash (and others) to continue maintaining such excellent standards.
