I would give them 0 if I could incompetent staff who made so many errors which took me 1 month to get a phone. Save yourself time and head to Telstra at the chase.
Not very helpful
Very disappointing experience at a Telstra store. I was given a case number by Telstra support and was told to go into a store to get it resolved. But when I got there, the staff member didn’t even want to look at my case number and just said they couldn’t help. Only after I insisted did she reluctantly check it, but there was zero willingness to actually solve the problem. After a very disappointing visit to Telstra at Macquarie Centre—where my personal details were taken and stored in Telstra’s database, but no account was opened—I went to the Telstra Chatswood branch, hoping for a better experience. To my surprise, I was told they couldn’t assist me with opening a Business account because they wanted to serve customers who had entered the store after me. Second-class citizen problems I suppose...
Great service. Special shout out to Christy who was incredibly pleasant, efficient and handled my issues with great thoroughness and care
