Rude & unprofessional conduct from inexperienced staff who don't know the answers to basic questions. They sit there aimlessly avoiding Telstra customers. Don't even bother going in to this store.... unless you want to be abused & disrespected. Whatever happened to good ole fashion customer service with a smile?1?!?

I only everrrrr go to this store because the staff have been fantastic for many years , sort stuff out quick , attentive , polite , helpful ..... Thank you team as always .

The Asian lady that served my partner and I was very rude, had no patience, would sign and make sarcastic comments. She was not helpful at all, do not recommend getting help from her.

Had a great experience with Martin at Telstra Chatswood. He set up internet for my office and helped me switch phone providers, and made what could've been a messy process genuinely straightforward. He knew exactly what he was doing, didn't waste my time, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Walked out with everything sorted properly in one visit. Appreciate the help, Martin.
