The Asian lady that served my partner and I was very rude, had no patience, would sign and make sarcastic comments. She was not helpful at all, do not recommend getting help from her.
Had a great experience with Martin at Telstra Chatswood. He set up internet for my office and helped me switch phone providers, and made what could've been a messy process genuinely straightforward. He knew exactly what he was doing, didn't waste my time, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Walked out with everything sorted properly in one visit. Appreciate the help, Martin.
I would give them 0 if I could incompetent staff who made so many errors which took me 1 month to get a phone. Save yourself time and head to Telstra at the chase.
Not very helpful
Very disappointing experience at a Telstra store. I was given a case number by Telstra support and was told to go into a store to get it resolved. But when I got there, the staff member didn’t even want to look at my case number and just said they couldn’t help. Only after I insisted did she reluctantly check it, but there was zero willingness to actually solve the problem.
