Came for the meeting, Made me wait an hour neglected to tell me i need ID, when I came back said I need ID and would not accept digital ID. Refused to verify me any other way. I was a gold tier member, 2 phones and been with Telstra for over 10 years. Poor form, as usual waste of time.
We have just transferred over to Telstra. After two days of speaking with staff we have such a great deal which will meet our needs. Ian and Nes were fabulous to work with and really helpful. They worked hard to get us the very best deal they could and we will save a lot of money compared to the plans we had with our previous provider. I have been a Telstra customer for around 30 years and this was one of the better, more relaxed experiences . I came into the store with a phone in mind, was introduced to Justin, a young sales person, very enthusiastic, keen to listen to what my needs were and what my questions were, and patient with my questions and concerns, I ended up purchasing a much higher grade phone (S26 Ultra) than what I had planned on, also what I now say are necessary extras to go with it, screen saver, insurance cover and a wireless charger, I ... read more
Oh my God. Destiny just spent over an hour helping my elderly technophobic father-in-law upgrade his plan, phone and transferring all his contacts over to his new phone. (Not only that but saving him money in the process.) Keep her. Pay her more money.
