I have been a Telstra customer for around 30 years and this was one of the better, more relaxed experiences . Oh my God. Destiny just spent over an hour helping my elderly technophobic father-in-law upgrade his plan, phone and transferring all his contacts over to his new phone. (Not only that but saving him money in the process.) Keep her. Pay her more money.
I have always received first class service at the Carindale branch. Any issues I have ever had have been solved promptly which is a tribute to the quality of the staff there. A young lady named Miranda was absolutely wonderful and is a credit to the branch!!!!!
Purchased a iphone 17 pro the morning of the 25th. The staff were very quick to look after me. Special shout out to the employee (I've forgotten his name sorry) who answered all my questions! Thank you :D
