Ok so i was hoping to get a prepaid esim today since the telstra website was really buggy every time I tried to purchase online. Walked in,greeted by a newbie, told her what I wanted, she looked to her team lead who then said someone will be with us shortly. Went to sit down to wait, 2 mins later, newbie came but had to step away every few seconds to consult her team lead who was, by the way, chit chatting and laughing away with another staff, we were the only customer.
