Amazing service. They took the time to go over all the products I was looking at. The phones and the smart watches and my needs for the smart watch. He also suggested a couple of devices that would come in handy for me do to why I needed the watch. To me, he was really listening to me and my needs not a sale.
Don’t bother coming to this store if you are of brown colour skin! dealt with Oscar who apparently is the store manager, he was rude, arrogant and sadly racist, no efforts at all to try and help after explaining we had come into the store previously already with no luck and also after explaining an appointment was booked, didn’t listen and instead spoke down to me continuously looking me up and down whilst been so arrogant and rude, ended up leaving the store in tears! go to vodafone across the shops better to receive a bett... read more
Went in as I needed my SIM card activating and they wouldn’t do it as I hadn’t made an appointment - the store was completely empty with three members of staff on. I made them aware that I couldn’t make an appointment as I wasn’t Australian so they offered me a slot three hours later, which I obviously wasn’t going to wait around for. In the time the guy here spoke to me he could have activated the SIM card… Fortunately a few days later I went to a different Telstra store and they did it for me in 2 minutes. Very positive experience. Previously i did had several experiences in other branches that were not great, however the whole team here was absolutely wonderful! If I will ever need anything telstra related this is where I will go. Great work team, thank you.
Oscar was terrific, stayed focussed on my needs solving them them quickly and effeciently, all the while managing and advising staff. Great work. Telstra must be proud of him.
