I am very happy with the way Madeline sorted out my phone account problems. She was very professional and a very pleasant young lady, easy to talk to and answered my questions in a way which was easy to understand.
I have been with Telstra since I was 12 years old, I lived out in Mudgeeraba and there was no reception so I went to Boost mobile then Amaysim and I just recently switched from Optus back to telstra and it has the worst reception ever that I have experienced, I am now currently back with Optus 2026, Telstra. Amazing service. They took the time to go over all the products I was looking at. The phones and the smart watches and my needs for the smart watch. He also suggested a couple of devices that would come in handy for me do to why I needed the watch. To me, he was really listening to me and my needs not a sale.
Don’t bother coming to this store if you are of brown colour skin! dealt with Oscar who apparently is the store manager, he was rude, arrogant and sadly racist, no efforts at all to try and help after explaining we had come into the store previously already with no luck and also after explaining an appointment was booked, didn’t listen and instead spoke down to me continuously looking me up and down whilst been so arrogant and rude, ended up leaving the store in tears! go to vodafone across the shops better to receive a bett... read more
