Today in lancel square I went to ask about some prepaid sim cards There was 2 people on computer with no one there and a girl who had a tablet This was at 10 am She said that I had to come back at 1.45 This is such poor service I had just got out of hospital and asked to sit down it she said I still had to wait to that time 3 people on a Saturday is disappointing for Telstra We usually go Optus and this would never have happened there
