I had a fantastic experience at Telstra Belmont today. I didn't get the name of the staff who assisted but i think he is the youngest one there. He took the time to listen, understood exactly what I needed, and showed incredible patience and professionalism in resolving it. It is rare to get such personalized, attentive service these days. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need top-tier assistance. Thank you again!
