This company is a rip off They call you with a cheaper phone bill promise Once they get control of your number n acct. They over charge They delay porting your number away from them It took 2 months They won’t stop sending invoices months after I have ported my number away from them Scam Expensive Can’t get away once they have you trapped
Scam alert!!! They claim to be with ATT but they just rent the lines from them. Hang up as soon as they call. I hope all the bad things in life happen to Telplex and only Telplex
Total scam, do not work with this company. My internet never worked so I switched back to my original company immediately. I received my first bill for $347, twice as much as what I was paying and three times what they promised.
Called to pay the invoice and the customer service "lady" was rude and dismissive. She sounds like absolutely she hates her job. I would never speak to a customer in that tone.
