Customer service is very rude. Now I know why there overall rating is 1 star. This is the worst rating I have ever seen on a company. Now I know why.
Telplex is a Telecommunications scam. The do what is called slamming a line, which inserts a 3rd party long distance carrier into a local lines service. This is usually done deceptively over the phone with the promise of savings that are never going to show up. I've never dealt with such rude people in my life.....This has got to be the worst customer service since comcast.
Can not get customer service to stop having their automatic calls to me several times every single day. I do not have an account with them, and I would never do business with them.
This company claims they are AT&T and they are very unprofessional. I would of given them a zero but it doesn't allow it.
0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. These guys are scammers and claim they are AT&T.
