Scam alert!!! They claim to be with ATT but they just rent the lines from them. Hang up as soon as they call. I hope all the bad things in life happen to Telplex and only Telplex
Total scam, do not work with this company. My internet never worked so I switched back to my original company immediately. I received my first bill for $347, twice as much as what I was paying and three times what they promised.
Called to pay the invoice and the customer service "lady" was rude and dismissive. She sounds like absolutely she hates her job. I would never speak to a customer in that tone.
Customer service is very rude. Now I know why there overall rating is 1 star. This is the worst rating I have ever seen on a company. Now I know why.
Telplex is a Telecommunications scam. The do what is called slamming a line, which inserts a 3rd party long distance carrier into a local lines service. This is usually done deceptively over the phone with the promise of savings that are never going to show up. I've never dealt with such rude people in my life.....This has got to be the worst customer service since comcast.
