Really disappointing experience and customer service. Our flight into Montrose was canceled, forcing us to fly into Gunnison instead. We immediately contacted the company and even agreed to pay an additional $750 for a private transfer, only to be told they had no drivers available. Despite being unable to provide any alternative transportation, they also refused to refund the $200 we had already paid. Communication was extremely difficult. Scam artists. Don’t bother booking with these scam artists, ignore the amount of reviews they have. If your airline suddenly decides to cancel your flight on you and you paid for this service months in advance, they bill you instantly and don’t offer refunds despite not providing any service whatsoever even after multiple emails Whatever you do book with another company who will at least honor a refund it you cancel months in advance
Confirmed Shuttle No-Show — Missed My Flight. Booked a confirmed early-morning airport shuttle. Driver never showed. Called multiple times with no response. Missed my flight and incurred $355 in documented rebooking costs. Company acknowledged the failure but refused to reimburse, citing their Terms & Conditions. After 6+ weeks of ignored requests, still no resolution. For an airport shuttle company, missing flights is a direct result of their no-show. Do not recommend.
i've been using telluride express since 2009 and it was great until now. they used to be friendly and easy to use/book and not too pricey for a shared shuttle etc. now they have an insane cancellation policy all in very very fine print. you can technically cancel but you get a credit that must be used within one year. they do not give any refunds at all. i only go to telluride once a year and i booked for 2 but now you are not allowed to split up the credit, so if my companion is coming on a different day we cannot use that ... read more
