After a travel day yesterday that was supposed to be 6 hours turned into 22 hours due to fuel leaks, weather delays, and air traffic control issues… we attempted to call telluride express every step of the way with each delay. We sat on the phone for at least 30 minutes each time on hold with no success. We told them our flight numbers and were reassured that they were watching our status. I have used Telluride Express multiple times in the past for visitors, meetings, and family members, but after this experience, I will never recommend them again. We booked a shuttle for my family of four, including two very young children, expecting a reasonable pickup time. Instead, they scheduled the pickup a staggering five hours before their flight, which was completely impractical. When I contacted customer service, Kelley refused to accommodate a later shuttle. I enjoyed my shuttle ride from Telluride to Montrose Airport. Mark was right on time and shared interesting information about the countryside we passed. I appreciated the cold water he provided. The online system was easy for booking. I’ll use them again when needed.
They were very accommodating in getting us on an earlier ride at the last minute. I have used them for years and you can count on them 100%. All the drivers are pleasant and efficient!
