I saw Bob Ferraro at Tellico Hearing Solutions on November 19th. I have been deaf in left ear since birth and my right ear is now being challenged with age. Bob and his wife, Connie, are a dedicated pair which is rare. Bob adjusted my Phonak hearing aid and took extra time to explain some of the intricacies of the model I have. An audiogram was done and he explained the results of same in depth. A super great experience. Will return for all problems with my aid and will purchase from him when a new aid is needed.
Called on a saturday to see if they could repair a hearing aid. It was not purchased from them. But they said to being it up there and they would take a look, but they thought it would have to be sent to the manufacturer to repair; and said we could consider getting a loaner. Excellent service offer. Friendly. Professional. I would highly recommend!!
