He's a great attorney.
Worst attitude I've experienced. Who says their going on vacation so they shouldn't have taken this call then hang up on a potential client? All while yelling at me. Who does that?
Intitally kind but missed our meetings on several occasions, very unprofessional that I have to call 6 times and send 3 email reminders, but I guess that is the standard for these Seattle lawyers. When I am going through a tough time, and a lawyer continuously blows me off after giving me hope for my case, I tend to not recommend them to other future clients.
I met with Steve today after just contacting him online a few days ago. He was so responsive and professional, offering guidance even just from my initial outreach. He also offered me a free meeting to confirm if moving forward with legal services was necessary. He was very warm, attentive, non-judgmental, clear with his advice, and also great at listening. I enthusiastically recommend working with him.
