My experience at Telhio was fantastic. Going through the process of getting a loan can be very stressful and time consuming but Skyla Coleman helped tremendously with the process. She would keep us on track with the correct documents needed to expedite the loan and to make it go through smoothly. She was always there when I had a question and she would answer it quickly and correctly. I highly recommend working with Skyla Coleman at Telhio Credit Union.
Telhio started out good, and if you're doing very simple banking, it's ok. However, I can't recommend Telhio anymore. My mortgage was through them, and the appraiser kept claiming that I had to make repairs before buying the house because my loan was an FHA loan (which it was NOT). Telhio (and my relator) didn't do anything but say, "I've never seen this before," and tell me that I had to do whatever the appraiser said. It made no sense, but they didn't want to do any work.
