My experience with Tasfial, the teller, was phenomenal as she provided excellent customer service even when I arrived one minute after closing, refusing to turn me away. Thank you Tasfial and Asia
I do not like this design. They go so slow at this location. I like being able to walk up to someone, get what I ask for, and leave within a couple of minutes. It taking 20 minutes to make a withdraw is insane. I am not exaggerating the time, either.
Asia is super polite and kind! She was very professional and helpful. She quickly solved my issue in a timely manner. Asia would not let me leave until she was 100% satisfied and that my problem was solved. It is rare to find an employee who takes customer service seriously. I had an extremely pleasant visit to the Telhio Branch on Polaris Parkway.
