If you're shared banking, don't go to this location. I have been withdrawing money out of my account for college tuition without an issue. Well, today they're going to say they have a withdrawal limit. I had the receipt to show it wasn't an issue last month. It seems to be an issue today from this branch. I will not be back here in the future. I hope they treat their own customers well but shared banking customers?? Not so much! Stay away!
I had an appointment with keke she was extremely helpful, polite and patient. She went out her way to help another customer. There was another young lady there who was also help this is my new favorite branch.
Asia is truly the definition of customer service. Patiently explaining the step by step process of opening a bank account and working through to ensure the process is completed thoroughly even during busy lunch hours. This truly makes Telhio the difference with other bigger banks. Also quick to identify challenges and resolve them.
