I’ve been a member of this branch for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences, but today was very disappointing. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes just to make a deposit. When Rochelle Butler finally returned, she laughed and said, “ Okay I’m not going to hold you like a prisoner anymore you can go now.” I found this comment unprofessional and inappropriate and feel like this was done intentionally. I hope this matter is addressed, as I expect a higher level of professionalism from Telhio.

I always enjoy my visit to this Branch.The tellers make you feel welcome. Chantale and Teresa are always ready to solve any issues that I have. Very knowledgeable.
My experience at the reynoldsbug branch is always great. Begins with the Front line Staff to include Rochelle Butler as well as the bankers (female name unknown) and branch manager Theresa Conrad has made my experiences satisfying.
