Don't Bank With Them if You Are Under 50 This bank is from the dark ages. I have a Huntington account as well, and I find I am constantly comparing Telhio to Huntington and Huntington wins every time. Not Reliable at all. I paid our vehicle off in June of 2018, early in fact as i paid over the payment amount each and every month, and the lean was not released from my title until 2022! I had made attempts to get this corrected and was told the title would be mailed to me. In 2022 I was told they would have sent it to my old address, that we moved from in December of 2019. Let me advise you that the lie that was told was confirmed to be a lie simply because they still help the lean until June of 2022! Unprofessional employ... read more
Worst. Credit. Union. EVER. Read the reviews from other online sites. They do not value their clients and have a terrible reputation in Columbus.
Horrible credit union, horrible banking hours, horrible customer service. Hidden fees and absurd policies, such as the one that allows tellers to randomly place a hold on your check at their discretion for no reason- literally. That pretty much sums up Telhio in a nutshell.
