Not Reliable at all. I paid our vehicle off in June of 2018, early in fact as i paid over the payment amount each and every month, and the lean was not released from my title until 2022! I had made attempts to get this corrected and was told the title would be mailed to me. In 2022 I was told they would have sent it to my old address, that we moved from in December of 2019.
