Seems they can't find my last 4 payments. That I have trace numbers for and even accounts they went to. I'm done with this company
Bridgewater has now lost *2* of my cash deposits! #1: i didnt catch it til my bill pays came through & they didnt find my deposit for 2 days& they charged me $60 w/no more than a "oops, we'll make sure to check the depository more often". #2/next mth: i waited bf setting my bill pays. AGAIN THEY LOST MY DEPOSIT! I had to call& be put on hold while they called to find out WHY. They claimed "it mustve got stuck in the depository". Don't expect anything quick to happen. Hands down slowest moving bank/credit union I've seen. Every time I come, any day of the week, I spend 20 to 25 minutes in line. Friendly staff though.
Always friends at this branch so even though it's farther from me then other branches I still go there.
