I did not enjoy my experience dealing with the senior staff. I felt as though telephone calls were pro-longed and went off on a tangent, however was still billed for this tangent. Be aware of this when you are talking to them on the phone. I was also charged a significant sum to prepare and attend a VCAT hearing via phone, the hearing was adjourned and they decided not to represent me at the new hearing date.
