Great, friendly, helpful, AND, they listen to your issues with hearing. Sent an email in the other day, re, me coming to grips with the new tech in my NEW hearing aids. Andrew replied with to the point, info that helped. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are 5 star. Highly experienced staff too.
The Owner is the Technician and offers a full range of services from hearing aids to earwax removal. I had impacted wax which was removed in 20 minutes with an excellent result and minimal discomfort. The Receptionist is good humoured and efficient. The Audiologist is extremely good and knows what he is doing. I'm a repeat customer. Well done all around.
