Horrible experience over the last 15 years with this company and the fact that when you leave them the charge you even more $ 2K to Export My files! It is just a complete rip off! every time I up graded a single computer i was charge for the support package to get the license for the new computer when i already had a license on the old computer! please be aware and steer clear of this company !
Just got off the phone with Joe at Tech Support for our Tigerview system. He was amazing. I was prepared for the worst (and expensive) fix, but he was able to log in, diagnosis the issues with our system, and took the time to explain and fix the issues and image! Highly recommend.
