Timy was great! Her energy, personality, and customer service were exactly what you want when you walk into a business. She was welcoming, engaging, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Another representative came by and the energy was completely different—very dry and not nearly as personable. The absolute rudest girls work in the office and the technology is so outdated I am shocked they have not gotten better in 20 years
The blonde skinny boy came over to us and after we declined he interrogated us and called us moody for not wanting pictures.
Elia from Serbia was so kind, friendly and made our beach day! He is someone who works hard and does a great job representing the company and taking great photos!
Photographer Kayleigh was awesome. The issue is I only wanted one family photo but they don’t let you buy just one digital download. Seriously though… Why can’t I pay $15 for a single photo to be emailed to me? They would still take in the cash but I’m not paying $125 for the whole reel when I only wanted one. I did get the key chains for the kids, very cute and iconic.
