My experience unfortunately wasn’t as great as I expected based on the reviews. My previous apartment was only 601 sq. ft., and I did not have much furniture: a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand, vanity/mirror, approximately eight boxes, a cloud couch, two balcony chairs, and a small desk and chair. This is my second time moving a vending machine, and both times were excellent experiences. Jose and John helped me this time, and they went ABOVE and BEYOND, even going through the office I had my machine delivered to and removing the doors from the hinges with their own tools. No complaints, no grumbling--they are hard workers, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use Teleport for each machine relocation I need to make.
The moving team was timely and worked efficiently the entire day. All of our furniture was moved careful and nothing was damaged. The guys were very respectful and professional. We will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to all of our friends.
