This is absolutely the WORST cable service I have ever received. The HOA where I lived was contracted with TDS and decided to utilize another company which provided less expensive service. I called TDS to cancel my account, and they told me they did not prorate customer's bills. I would have been using 2 days of service for the whole month, but I was told I would have to pay for the whole month regardless.
