We came in with a phone that wouldn’t turn on anymore. He spent a day looking at it, testing, and let us know the cost of repairing it. The parts were more than buying a newer phone, so he persuaded us to get a new one. We picked one up at another store and he helped us set it all up with the backup from the old phone. He was the best in customer service I’ve seen in the cell phone market. Thanks!
