They try to sign you up for extremely overpriced service that is contract bound. Try to hit you with illegal autorenewing contracts or get you to reup your contract at the bottom of service work orders surreptitiously. They currently have a class action lawsuit against them for their outrageous contract cancellation fees. Their salespeople are uniformly liars. Avoid at all cost.
