My experience with Telecom for the last couple days has been great Patty and her team went above and beyond for me there's some things I was struggling with and they got me through it and I got the loan that I needed and I give them an A+ they are a good team so I recommend anybody to go and get what they need from Telecom here in Republic
Loan officer at the Republic location is judgemental, and will outright LIE to your face. I was told that since my co-signer lived out of state, I wouldnt qualify for a loan. They didnt even run my credit! ALSO! Even with overdraft protection not selected, they still let charges hit my account despite not having the funds. Now I owe this "bank" over $100 for their mistake. I'll be closing my account as soon as possible, this is a joke of an institution.
If I could give this bank zero I would. Every time I try to log in I have to change the password. Every time I make a purchase I have to change my password. Every time that doesn't work I have to call in this is the most ridiculous Bank I've ever banked with snd most likely will be taking my service somewhere else.
