Every time I have a need and that has been several since I begin with the credit union a couple months ago there is always someone at the Republic branch who responds with care and understanding and does the research to help me get a problem resolved. That is the type of interaction that I had today also. They were patient, kind and understanding and will work with me to resolve each issue.
Sadly 10 years ago it was a great bank but in the last year it has become deplorable. When I needed help with an issue the Republic branch just laughed and made it a joke. Thinking I needed a new branch the Battlefield Rd. Springfield manager outright lied to my face, complaining to corporate my letter was never answered. Talking to the credit manager I found him very unknowledgeable about banking and finance. Terrible incompetence, they screwed up a balance transfer to Bank of America and blamed it on me. We had the best experience at the Republic branch! Patty was so nice and made refinancing our truck so easy! We will definitely be doing all of our business there from now on!
