I haven't had any complaints about them in the 8 years that I have used them. I always get a friendly voice on the phone and they are usually timely when I go to the branch.
I would just like to say I find the people at Telcoe Federal Credit Union to be very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to my needs
I have been with Telcoe for a little over a year. The CEO is down right nasty. Not only does she get ugly with customers, I have seen her yell at her own employees. They constantly mess up my account. AVOID!
