Holli is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever delt with in a bank or on the phone. My father has banked there for many years and was present as I was yelled at and talked down to by this horrible woman. I fully intend on filing a complaint with the bank manager and plan to move my loan as soon as possible. My father states he is actively looking for another bank as well. I was given false information, and they ruined my credit and my reputation both of which were outstanding.
