Love having a branch closer to where I live in Haywood county now. Every time I visit, everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Most recently I had to visit to fill out a fraud dispute form and get a new debit card. Caleb was absolutely amazing and helped with getting the form filled out and getting a new debit card same day. He went above and beyond to work with the accounting team to help get the money back in my account while Mastercard conducts the investigation.
