We have banked with Telco for many years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are always so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to help if they can. Macee at the Lenoir branch is always a pleasure to work with and is always quick to reply. Hope to be with them for many more years.
Worst bank ever. They put holds on everything and give you no help whatsoever to use any funds no matter if your situation. They will not cash insurance checks at all. Don't matter if you trying to fix your home, car, or bad situation. Must be held. U have no choice when it comes to you insurance check. Or any check over 1000. No matter where it was written from!
