Whatever you do, do not allow Telco to be your only banking option. I have accounts at 2 other banks. They never answer the phone. The app hardly works. And in a disaster, they just close and shut down the app completely. Leaving you with NO access to your funds. Their loan products are decent but access to services and cash is terrible.
Can't get through past Tessa to talk to a person. I'm about ready to take my savings, checking & IRA out & take it elsewhere.
