Been a member for at least 20 years and never had a negative experience with them. I always recommend people to go here and become a member.
I don't care for this location. I preferred the one on 70. When I was in Hickory. I haven't had alot of dealings with this branch as I just moved back to Catawba Co. from Morganton. The high traffic area is a nightmare. I imagine they moved from the hwy 70 location due to the crime of the area. I don't like that when I call a branch it goes through a call center. But hey my work uses one and we hate it too. So do our customers.
