Great counter staff. Obviously the branches are underfunded by higher management. They can’t even keep their card printer operational. I’ve had 3 fraudulent charges cleared by Telco. No fraud warnings offered. Had to get new card twice. Both times card printer was down. Counter staff commented it had been broken for months. No idea when it might be replaced or repaired. I’m done. Moving on…
