Coming from a first time, teen-banker I am in love with telcos employees and service. I’ve forgotten passwords,switched accounts and accidentally thrown away my card and through everything they are always understanding. Other banks charge monthly fees for accounts but telco is the definitely the lowest fees. I am amazed by their service and hope to be a long time customer.

Recently transferred some business to Telco, staff are wonderful and always very helpful. It's been a delight and look forward to doing more business in the future
Use any other bank seriously. This is like putting your money in a coffee can out back.
At the Brevard , NC location the manager & the tellers are ALWAYS so helpful & personable. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I am very happy I switched to Telco !
