Excellent experience at this location ! I have been a member of this credit union for over 10 years. The branch manager Seth went way above and beyond helping my wife and I with our vehicle loans. He definitely went out of his way to get our needs met ! Highly recommended !!
When I opened my account I left $20 with a teller, only $5 was put in my account upon opening. Customer service has continued to be lackluster and the ATM is often down. Their rates are in the normal range, nothing special. I'd close the account if it weren't so close to my house. I recommend researching other local credit unions.
The 5 stars r true. I belong to a sister credit union and they were awesome depositing a check for me! If I needed a new bank I would definitely join here.
