I have had an account with Telco for many years and have always been pleased with the service I received from them! My father retired from Bell South after many years of service. He first had an account with Telco and I opened up a account from his!
I met yesterday with Seth McClennan, manager, at the Vanderbilt Park branch in South Asheville. I had a banking issue, not with Telco, but an outside issue. He was so accommodating and assisted me with my concerns. I can see why his banking team are so friendly and helpful…he incorporates all the right leadership qualities most leaders don’t have: care and time.
High praise for Seth McLennan Professional and personable. I hadn’t been in Telco for a few years but wanted to pay off my car loan Seth helped me to get all the paperwork done with ease. As an X New Yorker, I’m always rushing, and time is always of the essence. This was a quick trip and everything was done to perfection.
