Would recommend republic Tel-A-Rent to anyone!! They were super helpful and willing to work with us on payments. We rented a washer & dryer. Our checks fell on odd days vs the payment date and they were able to work with us for that. We had issues with the dryer the first week we had it and they were very quick to come out and fix it! Definitely an awesome staff!
Do not rent from here what so ever, they had a location in Joplin and they were great, however when they moved to republic it all went downhill. Charging card fees when we were told we would not have a card fee, constantly changing our due date. We will never rent them this company ever again, I would advise other people to do the same, there are other places that offer rent to own items that are easier to deal with then these people. The guys @tele-a-rent here in Republic are awesome,there's no other rental place I'd rather use ,They greet ya as soon as you walk in the door and are quick to help anyway they can, I have bought a couple things from them and I will be a loyal customer.Thanx guys for all you do
