Teksavvy used to be the best alternative to the Big ISPs ... Those days are long gone. Long wait times on hold only to be told they updated the ticket and Bell or Rogers will get back to them in 24 hours. Why use a middle man? Get bad service directly from the big guys! No need to pay teksavvy for the privilege. Update: I have now cancelled my service. That call took 56 minutes which was 5 minutes with a human and 51 minutes in queue. I applied for residential internet service with this company, but unfortunately they did not respect the delivery deadline. Every day it’s just promises — today, tomorrow, the next day — but in the end, nothing was delivered. When speaking with their agents on the phone, they can’t do anything to help. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
What I don't understand with this company is this. You call to get the promo every year. Just like students do. They shop around to get best deal. Well, I do the same and it takes 2 to 3 days every year to cancel plan and hook it up again as a new customer. Really, We live in 2025 and this is the best solution from you. I want the promo for another 12 months, so over ride it and give the customer the promo, instead of playing games . Treat us as repeat customers and give us promo immediately .
