I have been a Teksavvy customer for over 10 years. I appreciated their advocacy for their customers and how they offered a way to stand up to big Telcos. Unfortunately they have continued to raise their prices and are now charging me over $80 a month for a service that they offer for under $40 to new customers. I prepaid for internet with Teksavy over a week ago and still has not been installed. They are blaming the customer for the delay and they said they have no way of contacting Rogers to resolve this. On top of this they are not working with us to resolve it or offer any credit for the service not working and for the poor customer service. Their manager told me to contact CCTS within seconds of me complaining about their poor customer service and did not want to resolve my complaint. They are horrible. they took 307.25$ out of my credit card until I return their initially free modem and I did as evidenced in the photos provided. Now they are disorganized in their emails giving me a run around for my money. Once you cancel all of a sudden the phone calls wait times to speak to them are ridiculously long just to frustrate you. They must flag your phone number for this treatment. When you are a customer they answer right away.

Great customer service!
