Terrible internet service with frequent drops of connectivity. Our wifi died for 3 days, we submitted multiple tickets and got 0 response other than "we'll email you". My girlfriend tried calling them when I was at work and instead of saying we need the account owner one of their customer service reps just hung up on her with 0 explanation. Final problem, when I signed up for their wifi they sent an email saying a tech would be at my house between 8am and 5pm, I called at noon to see what the ETA was for their tech and they ... read more
