Never in my life have I experienced a worse company/provider. Not only have they pulled money for one bill out of my account three times now, but it takes them days to respond to an email. They also openly state that even though it's their COMPANY email, they only check it every few days. I was also billed one cent the day after it was due, and after canceling their service I was basically left on read. I am absolutely disgusted with this provider, and would not recommend them to anyone who wants to have trust in the company... read more
