This was such a healing experience! Tekla helped release energy that was causing both headaches and pain from a tailbone injury. I highly recommend her practice!
Tekla is an incredible healer and space holder. If you are looking for support, check out her Be Rooted program, Reiki classes and 1:1 Reiki sessions. Tekla is AMAZING! She is professional, kind, and intuitive. She has helped me through some tough times and has also taught me the tools to help myself using energetic techniques. Tekla is extremely good at clearing stagnant and bringing in healing energy. I seriously walk out of each session looking and feeling like a different person. I have also been to a couple retreats that she has offered which are so fun and healing.
I first reached out to Tekla because my teenage daughter was having trouble with anxiety and depression and I was curious to see if energy work would help her.
