Tekla is amazing! She has such a calm and grounding energy. I found her during a difficult season of health challenges and multiple diagnoses, and she helped me navigate and process it all. After working with her for several years, I joined the Be Rooted training, and it truly changed the way I move through life. The tools I learned continue to support me in my daily life. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Tekla, for everything she's taught me, and for the support she's provided throughout the years.

I can't recommend Tekla Ayers enough. She has been incredibly kind, supportive, and a wonderful listener throughout my Reiki sessions and while guiding me through Be Rooted Courses 1, 2, and 3. Tekla Ayers has been my Reiki teacher and mentor since 2019. She is incredibly knowledgeable and wise, not only in the practice of Reiki, but in many aspects of life.
