Good prices and service
I am so disappointed in Gallery’s customer service. I purchased new couches 3.5 years ago and purchased the famous warranty they offer and demonstrate in store. May of 2020 stains appeared on my couches I called them and they came out and told me they couldn’t remove the stains and they would have new covers sent. I called to confirm and the service department then told me they could only help me with one cover and not both that were stained. UHM WHAT??? After a long phone call they agreed to send both.
