I played the violin as a teenager and was looking to pick it up again as an adult. I had tried a few teachers but when I tried Tegen she was exactly what I needed. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she has been really patient and her natural enthusiasm has really helped me grow in confidence, to the point that I have now been able to audition for and join a local orchestra. I also have friends whose children learn with her and she is equally proficient and encouraging to them. I recommend her to absolutely anyone.
