I came to this bank to deposit my husbands Veteran's disability check and was told I could deposit it into my account. Have never heard of a bank refusing a check from the Federal Government. The branch in Wappingers Falls never had a problem with this as he just had to sign the check and show ID to the teller. Closed my account! Will make sure that family, friends, Angie's List and whomever else will know just how incompetent the branch Manager and the teller were.
