Doctor Tehran was probably the best I have had for a VA exam. He came in fully up to date on my records (first provider to do this). He explained how the body worked and what was connected to different parts within the spine and the back. He listened to my concerns, and thoroughly answered my questions. All providers could take notes from Dr. Teehan! The VA should make his process the golden standard for meeting and treating patients!
Dr. Teehan and his staff are hands down one of the best primary care offices. Dr. Teehan consistently goes above and beyond for his patients, taking the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure concerns are addressed thoroughly. My husband never feels rushed during appointments and always leaves feeling heard and cared for. I am writing this to warn others based on the consistently poor experience my wife and I had with this practice. Our issues fall into three main categories: Medical Negligence Regarding Refills: The doctor frequently takes extended vacations without any prior notice or coverage plan for patients.
