This was my first year using an accountant and it was not a pleasant experience. We showed up to the appt scheduled for 9ak and no one was there. After waiting for 20 min, I called to leave a VM and asked to reschedule. No one returned my call. It wasn't until I called back in the afternoon that I was informed the woman doing our taxes had overslept.
