Not trustworthy. Anyone thinking that they can purchase something there should put their hands on it before calling or showing interest. They will selectively not sell. I was played; Called 30 minutes before they close and asked them to take a cc payment so they would hold the item until opening the next morning. They said no, and then when I called the next morning they told me it was sold. I have known these guys for quite a while. Always fair, honest and real customer friendly. Great selection of very cool stuff. Highly recommended

Bought a guitar from these guys that was mis-represented on a craigslist add, and by phone conversations. Went out of my way for a money order like they requested to ship the guitar to me. Refused a credit card because of fees they didn't want to eat. Then, when the guitar arrived, it was missing its key bridge pieces and parts of it's finish that were never mentioned to me. They refused to make the deal right and wanted me to PAY to ship it back, after they said it was ALL their fault. Stat away
