The customer service provided by this place was deplorable at best. Called and ordered a deck belt and was quoted $93. Was charged $101. Was told the mower would be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. The mower was ready in 6.5 weeks to replace a deck belt and sharpen the blades. Their response to my concerns, "we're just really busy". Was also not told of the 4% CC fee, yet again, "you should have seen the sign." Service I would expect at a major box store and apparently the reason the location in Manchester closed...
I came in looking for info on a new mower. It was about 30 mins before they closed for the day. I never felt rushed, they told me they would stay as long as I needed them to. I was only planning to just getting some info and looking around to see what I needed. They were so kind and helpful I purchased one that night and they delivered it to my house the next morning. Super easy to deal with, fair, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a new customer for years to come.
