First estimate turned out to be substantially lower than the second estimate (after waiting almost a month) Final bill was another $10 higher than (2nd) estimate and on top of that had another $8.00 charged for using a debit card to pay. When asked about it was basically told I should have known about it. (sign on cash register apparently) The actual work performed appears to be have been done well but between the wait and the pricing game, I won't be in a hurry to go back.
Waited for them to pick up my mower and repair it. I bought it there. They Never came and got it. I am done with them.
Came into today after messaging with them for about a week about a used toro time cutter… they were great to worth with and super nice and informative. This is an honest and hard working group of people; I’m thrilled to have found teddys.
Can buy the same lawn mower at TSC for half the price and if something happens to the lawn mower they do not stand behind it so would recommend that someone do research before buying
Good prices, great staff been shopping with them for a decade.
