Terrible costumer service!!! I called to order my nursing pin and the lady confirmed the school that I was ordering from. So after that she said in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner "you guys are keeping me on my toes today. You guys have known about this forever, I mean you guys are going to be nurses you better get it together!" I felt very offended when she said this but i just nicely apologized.
