Careless disrespect, indifference and oversight. Sanders Moving Company was negligent in all aspects of our move. * The price was above the average per pound. * The packing was not as advertised per their website. It was carelessly executed as many items arrived damaged. * We were charged for boxes and packing materials that were never used. * Customer service for reporting negligence was very unsatisfactory, spoke with the owner who was disrespectful and non compliant.

Sadly, I called over a month ago and spoke at length with someone who did not work in the office but was a person who was paid to answer the phone. She was nice enough, and transferred me to someone in the office who was also nice enough. That person told me a consultant / mover would call me back in a couple days and even gave me their number so I'd know it was them when they called. Unfortunately no one ever called back.
