Sadly, I called over a month ago and spoke at length with someone who did not work in the office but was a person who was paid to answer the phone. She was nice enough, and transferred me to someone in the office who was also nice enough. That person told me a consultant / mover would call me back in a couple days and even gave me their number so I'd know it was them when they called. Unfortunately no one ever called back. One of my good friends here in town has been looking for a moving company to work with and recently met with you all. Apparently when at her house meeting with her, the mover who was sent kept referring to everything in the garage as her husband's (as if women can't have items in the garage too). And when she mentioned they had just tiled the kitchen floor, the mover said "WE?! Oh, so you got to help?" I do not recommend Ted R Moving. When we moved from Tennessee to Florida, we purchased damage insurance, but no point in it. Several things were damaged, including family heirlooms. Anything damaged, was assessed by them and determined to have been already damaged, despite not having evidence. We should have sued, but just another headache. 2 years later and I notice our $4k sofa is uneven. Upon inspection, they lost 5 foot pegs of a sectional sofa, middle section.
