I was a first time buyer of an investment property, and had NO idea what this entailed. Ted, Mariett and Paul helped me enormously, and were there every step of the way, through what was sometimes challenging experience (issues with the property, unrelated to their service). As someone who can be a bit militant about order and process (and possibly a bit painful at times?!), I highly recommend them!
