I have worked with Ted for seven years and my only regret is that I didn't write a recommendation sooner. His work for me has ranged from restoration and enlargement of a scan from a 50-year old slide to photos in my workshop of telephone artifacts with whiteout backgrounds. We have used his photos and editing in two books and three articles that were peer-reviewed and published by major publishers. Ted's work is outstanding, and his price is always fair.
