I’d give a 4.5 rating , A- , if I could. The initial process of getting the loan was incredibly easy, Ted and crew were exceptional. However once the process was getting close to close long and more contacts became involved there were a few communication breakdowns, leading to redundancy and extra correspondence. However, I would detain my recommend and plan on using G-Rate again, without reservation
