I don't even know where to begin. The person I spoke with on the phone was one of the most disrespectful, ignorant, and flat-out disgusting individuals I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. The comments made during our call were borderline racist — the kind of thing that makes your jaw drop and reminds you that some people have no business dealing with the public. Just First Class Service. I was attempting to build a Shadow Table for a Family Member who has served in the Army. I had a neighbor who was sending a table to the landfill, I asked if I could have it and the Journey began. The only part I couldn’t do is put the glass in and I asked Ted and his family to assist with the work they the are true Carpenters just a wealth of experience and knowledge. They are a true God send to our community. Thanks for the excellent workmanship.
When my Vermont Craftsman handmade custom Cherry headboard crashed and cracked all the way across it felt like it crushed my soul. It's the most beautiful thing we own.
